Description: This clip shows a few minutes from a July 2008 meeting where a Carson City resident was trying to ask questions and make some points about the project to Reconstruct the Virginia and Truckee Railway.
He was asking good questions, for example the business plan he refers to is something the Commission spent months refusing to give to the public. After this meeting, the Commission finally made the document available.
Please note that these politicians don't like public scrutiny, one of them gets particularly insolent and surly.
