Driving on Berlin highways A 100 and A 115 Length: 6:14
Description: No sound! The clip starts at Nördliche-Seestraßen-Brücke which is at the transition of Seestraße to Autobahn A 100. It leads across Hermann-Maaß-Brücke and underneath Goerdelerdammbrücke.
On top of the Rudolf-Wissell-Brücke (Berlin's longest bridge) Autobahn A 111 joins the A 100 from the right. Five bridges then cross the A 100: Spandauer-Damm-Brücke, Knobelsdorffbrücke, Kaiserdammbrücke, Dresselsteg and Ostpreußenbrücke. This part is among the German Autobahn segments with the heaviest traffic, close to 200,000 vehicles per day. After the ICC on the right the route switches to Autobahn A 115, the Avus, a racing track in the 1920ies. The clip stops shortly after the wooden Avus grandstand which is a protected landmark building.
Recorded with a Canon HV20 HDV camcorder mounted on a Glidecam 2000 Pro. (I was co-driver.) Edited with Magix Movie Edit Pro, exported with DivX Codec.
