Die Band ist sehr gut drauf, vor allem Bono. Vertigo zählt er wie schon im Studio von TV Total mit "Eins, Zwei, Drei...." ein. Das "Vierzehn" überläßt er dem Publikum. Am Anfang von 'I Will Follow' muss er seine Schuhe wechseln, schon während 'Vertigo' singt er "Oh my shoes...auuuuu...auuuu". Während dem Schuhwechsel: "Theeese shoes, well they hurt me...Excuse me, ahh this is...i have a problem here....Shoe business. There's no business, like shoe business...excuse me".
Das Wetter ist nicht sonderlich gut, weshalb Bono am Anfang von 'Elevation' einige Zeilen von 'I Can't Stand The Rain' singt. Mehrfach begrüsst Bono Fans aus Polen - die Aktion in Chorzow zwei Tage zuvor scheint die Band also beeindruckt zu haben. Nach den Terror-Anschlägen am Vormittag in London singt Bono am Ende von 'Sunday Bloody Sunday' eine Zeile 'Wednesday Bloody Wednesday' (obwohl heute eigentlich ein Donnerstag ist). 'Running To Stand Still' wird dann den Opfern in London gewidmet. Nach 'One' bedankt sich Bono beim Publikum und bei allen Leuten, die am Abend zuvor in den Hansa Studios waren. Am Ende von 'Zoo Station' singt Bono 'Zoo Bahnhof'. Bei 'With Or Without You' holt Bono ein Mädchen auf die Main Stage und tanzt mit ihr. Vor 'Yahweh' singt Bono gemeinsam mit dem Publikum 'Happy Birthday' für ein Liebespaar, das er vorher getroffen hat.
