JAL-HAP/TIP Programs or the Japanese Lady Hotel Assistant & Internship Programs/ Tourism&Hotel Internship Programs despatches the Japanese young ladies to the hotels which require the wide range of assistances from them for 5-12 months on free basis.
The JAL-HAP/TIP will enhance the hotel guest services, in particular, toward the Japanese guests and the client-tourist agents in local and Japan. They will assist for the key section jobs such as front office, GRO, PR&marketing and staff education of Japanese language.
Every hotel which has a higher occupancy of the Japanese clients may find JAL-HAP a great source of assistance in many aspects of the hotel operation and management.
