Description: One of my favourite street foods: a combo of plum sauce and chilli with the soft and crunchy! I was just saying to my wife that street jianbing sellers were becomming hard to find, replaced by (lesser) supermarket makers. Then I went to find my old guy to find he too had disappeared. When I found this Shandong lady I made sure I got a film of this delightful snack
