Description: Motormen have stop markers, engineers should know how to spot a train, and if not should have a conductor and or trainman capable of assisting them - but of course - MN would never respect it's employees enough to do things correctly - and in recent years has only trained new employees as if they were going to work on the BMT's Northern Division. The M-7As are subway cars, and as far as some at MN are concerned, their railroad should be run like a subway. I wonder how long it'll be until they install turnstiles at the base of each platform in GCT so the conductors don't need to collect tickets. Poor MN employees - treated like their stupid by the company, and yet at the same time they were all cohered into leaving the BLE and the UTU to instead join a union run by management: ACRE.
