Travel Videos 365 - BETA version 1.02

A journey on the North Yorks Railway from Pickering to Grosmont, passing Thomas Tank Engine on the way.

First visit to the North Yorkshire Railway this summer, was good for me and my dad. Although we saw only two locos, both were Southern and both new to both of us, particularly the 'Schools'. The locos were 'Schools' Class No.30926 Repton and S15 825. All shots were around Grosmont.

Part 1 of the second session at the NYMR. This is the ride behind 75029 from Whitby to Goathland. K4 61994 The Great Marquess was tailing the train, and gave banking assistance on Goathland Bank.

DUKE OF GLOUCESTER on the North York Moors. We were at the recent Autumn Gala for the first two days. Two beautiful days, weatherwise. Among others the large Pacific was seen frequently.

The third session at the NYMR was a mixture of highs and lows. The first half of the day, saw three trains between Goathland and Eller Beck. However various difficulties, meant that one train was initially diesel hauled. However later on we saw the Q6 having a spring change (see vid), and this curtailed any further.... more
