This spatter event was shot breaking through the crust of the West Gap Pit lava lake in the Pu'u O'o vent on the east flank of the Kilauea Volcano.

Shooting film is called MADNESS, and there are clips from multible movies, someones did suck bad (its explained in text in Finnish there) and some time pain was real (bloopers) this i how film careers beging.

Violent steam explosions occur as ocean water quenches the lava exiting the tubes, and large amounts of black sand and lava spatter are thrown many feet into the air.
