Have you ever seen a train go by that seems to have an endless number of cars. This was one of those trains. It eventually stopped. I don't know why. This video was taken from a scenic area overlooking the Schuylkill River. In the distance you can see the post office and the 30th Street Train Station.

Travel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is chaotic. There seem to be no traffic laws, lights or stoplights. It all seems to work though! People driving motor bikes, tuk-tuks, cars, buses, bicycles or walking all seem to weave in and out of each other without incident. It's amazing to watch.
