Civic parade of Lipa City Fiesta 2008 last Jan 20. It was almost a month of celebration. Guest stars include Sarah Geronimo, Kung Fu Kids, Slapshock, Cueshe, Pupil, 6 Cyclemind, Silent Sanctuary, and Itchy Worms.

Lipa City Parade on its celebration of 61st foundation as a City. Lipa is the first City in Batangas and is currently one of the only three Cities of CALABARZON included in the Top 20 Most Conducive Cities to live in the Philippines.

Beavers' 18th major event dubbed as Bloc party which was participated by 42 guys from CALABARZON and Metro Manila.
