Oops, my bad. As the hotel staff says, "You mean Palmetto bugs?" This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in, we couldn't even go on our balcony at night because of the roaches. And do you think guest services moved us, comped part of our stay? Absolutely not. Stay away from this hotel folks!

On August 18 2008 , on our second night in this room we noticed these small bugs. When we looked further we got surprised. We had to change hotel in the middle of the night. Wife & son got bit the night before. Hope no body has to go through this horrible experience. We are still trying to get the hotel to check.... more
