Portland rarely gets hail, but on May 2nd, 2007 we got some marble-sized hail stones coming down over Southeast Belmont Street. They were the biggest I've ever seen. Sorry about the foul language at the end, but a hail stone hit me right in the ear.

Baseball size hail, Scott State Park Kansas May, 2004. It made over 100 large dents on my truck despite being parked under trees..the storm was stationary and lasted for hours. The storm appeared to kill a flock of geese/ducks on the lake.

Severe thunderstorm with marble to golfball size hail pounds my car just south of St. Paul, MN in Mendota Heights.

It rained and hailed today. Lots of wind too.
