You can easily get addicted to the Moscow Metro. To me, it even tops the ones from Berlin, Paris and London in several ways. (Have not been to Tokyo yet.) It has the most beautiful stations, which take you back a long way in history, its bluish colour is lovely, it's really very fast, it is noisy, tickets are.... more

This is the first part of a video of me climbing up the world's longest escalator, located in Hong Kong. It runs from the Central district up to the residential areas up the hill, known as the Mid-levels. It was quite a hot day and man, how tiring it was. Part 2 will be up shortly, so keep your eyes peeled.

This is a video of me changing to the Line 4 in the Shanghai Metro at the Shanghai Indoor Stadium station. With so many people queuing for the escalator, I just have to run down the stairs to beat them to the platform!
