Ok so myself, 6 toerh classmates, and my japanese teacher stay in aomori for 9 days. We all get paired up with different host families and live with them for 9 days, to see how every day life is like. The school we attended was minami senior high school. Now in my opinion Aomori is one of the most beautiful places.... more

A Nebuta float made its way to Yasukuni Shrine during the Mitama Festival in July 2006. Dancers called haneto danced in front of the float followed by taiko drummers and other musicians.
