A lady who slaughters live toads. the thing is that the toads STAY ALIVE during the process (which consists of beheading, skinning and cutting the feet), and even afterwards. The happy customer then checks to see if they try to jump, so he's sure he gets a fresh meal. Hard to believe. NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED!
