My trip to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory in Canada was well worth the time and energy. It was beautiful, scenic, rustic, but modern. A 2-hour drive via Alaska Highway took me to Skagway, Alaska where cruise ships dock and the passengers go shopping! You don't have to be a hiker to love Whitehorse. If you want to get away from it all, try visiting Whitehorse, Yukon Territory.

Our Alaskan Cruise brings us to Skagway. We took the White Pass Railroad trip. As the train ascends the mountain the temperature drops and we feel like traveling to a glacier like land.
