This is a vietnamese rubbish truck (or garbage truck for you American folks) collecting its cargo in Hoi An, Vietnam....and it plays a tune at the same time. I would think that listening to that noise all day if you are working with the vehicle, would drive you mad ! Should 'Bywaters' try this out ? Yeah...give it a go.
