Stopped at the Shrimpfest in Quilcene, WA on our way up to Port Townsend and came across this bizarre event. A drag racing tournament where the competitors are modified belt sanders.

Being in the Northwest, there is an abundance of mountains and trails. Making it perfect for motorcross enthusiasts to go out an work on their skills. There are a couple places in Terrace where jumps have been created and even small tracks. The video shows one of the motorcross races that was held in town.
