SEPTEMBER 30TH Masaya Nicaragua

viewing the crater of the masaya volcano in nicaragua. the volcano itself is 635 meters (2083 feet) above sea level, and it is the only volcano in the western hemisphere where you are able to drive to the rim. the volcano and park area was nicaragua's first national park.

We stopped on our way back to Honduras at the Volcano Masaya. It was so hard to breathe, but the babies wouldn't wear a gas mask. It was beautiful.
