David S. Ingalls Rink, designed by Yale alumnus Eero Saarinen, was built in the late fifties and is home to the Eli's hockey teams.
The rink, which seats 3,486 fans, is made of concrete with an aluminum roof supported by cables. The famous ceiling is 76-feet high at its zenith.
