Travel Videos 365 - BETA version 1.02

An amazing boat rescue in Frankston, Victoria, Australia. Two men were on a small half cabin boat in Port Phillip Bay when it overturned. One man was thrown into the water but the other was trapped for over 45 minutes under the upturned hull. Both men survived. This is some dramatic footage of the rescue and an overlaid interview with one of the rescuers.

While rafting at Hantan River in Gangwon Province, Korea, we spotted a capsized raft and helped give a ride to a couple of Korean rafters. Sorry for some awkward angles during the vid as I had to paddle and let go of the camera.

As the Lifeboat was nearing completion in 1994 the shipyard carry out a capsize trial to prove that it will do it if it ever happens. I'm retiring in 2010 so I don't want to find out!!
