Low level flight through the swiss alps in a fighter plane

Situated on the Arly River at the beginning of the Vanoise mountain range. The town is best known for hosting the 1992 Winter Olympics. Some of the sports venues were later adapted for other uses. Although more commercial than touristic, the town was labeled in 2003 a "Town of art and history".
