The original film was made in early 1979 during a 4 month stay in Afghanistan using a Super 8mm format no soundtrack Movie Camera with celluloid Super 8mm motion picture film. Video is taken "quick and dirty" using a Video Hi8 Handy Cam directly from a projection screen.
