Every day, at 8am and 6pm, all over Thailand, the Thai National Anthem plays. Everyone stops what they are doing and stands with their hands to their sides. It does not matter if they are getting on a train, buying lunch, or shopping in a crowded market...everything stops. Here is my secret video of the 6pm Anthem at the walking market in Chiang Mai.
